Neck/Thyroid Sonography

Thyroid/neck sonography helps to identify whether a lump in the neck is coming from the thyroid or something else nearby. to examine thyroid nodules to see if they are the more common benign nodule or if there are characteristics that call for a biopsy.  a non-invasive imaging method that produces finely detailed images of the thyroid gland and neck using sound waves. It is mostly used to assess the thyroid gland's anatomy and physiology as well as to identify and track thyroid disorders such goiter, thyroid cancer, and nodules.
